| All practices can call upon experimentation. In art, the term experimental is particularly used, in the twentieth century, to designate a way of working in cinema that has, as a particularity, no revelation of a genre. In a simplified fashion it is constructed outside of an economic market, both in its fabrication and its diffusion, an independence of subject and a liberty of treatment outside of all narration. All exploration and playing is possible in the elaboration and projection of the image . The field is vast. Is it the same for video ? What does this term cover today and how is it heard ?
